Lawyer or Legal Executive – Planning Department

Full time and permanent
9am-5.15pm – Monday-Friday (Flexibility available)
Starting from £38,000

Duties include:

• Dealing with private individuals and businesses, including property developers
• Planning applications
• Objections
• Planning appeals
• Pollution control
• Development plan representations
• Section 106 agreements
• Tree preservation orders
• Statutory and Private nuisance
• Breach of condition notices
• Enforcement notices
• Environment prosecutions

You will be fully supported as necessary by our property and litigation experts and will become an integral part of our leading Commercial Legal Services division.
