Agricultural Property Solicitor

Salary starting from £38,000 (Experience based bandings)
Hybrid working available
9am-5.15pm | Monday-Friday (Flexibility available)
Position:
- Assisting with sales and purchases of large Estates and Farms
- Succession Planning and preparation and Completion of Family Farming Partnership Agreements
- Dealing with land sales and purchases
- Attending Auctions where necessary
- Running general Agricultural Property Transactions
- Dealing and advising on Farm Tenancies
- Dealing with and advising on Single Farm payments and Entry Level Scheme payments
- Attending Farm visits to help foster and develop good client relationships and assist cross selling of work between teams
- Assist the Head of Agriculture in order to enable him to attend farm site visits and develop the business.
- Develop knowledge of lifetime tax planning in order to assist agricultural clients
Requirements:
- 2 years + PQE
- Transactional property experience is essential
- Good knowledge of agricultural work is preferable
