Legal Secretary – Commercial Property

9am-5.15pm Monday-Friday

£24,000.00-£25,500.00 per year

Position:

We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join our busy and successful Commercial Property team based in our Yeovil Office.

The duties include:

  • Providing all round secretarial and administrative support
  • Liaising with clients and answering basic queries
  • Diary management
  • Producing documents (with the use of digital dictation)
  • Maintaining filing and record systems

Requirements:

  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Skills to communicate effectively and ensure that the client's best interests are always served
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is preferable but not essential
  • Excellent typing skills
  • IT literacy
  • Any commercial property knowledge is beneficial
