HR Assistant

Yeovil, Somerset

9am-5.15pm | Monday-Friday

Temporary, 1 year contract

Position:

  • Filing
  • Logging and uploading personal information on CRM
  • Answering and dealing with queries
  • Helping with recruitment, collecting onboarding paperwork, and writing adverts
  • Supporting the wider HR team with general administration
  • Diary management
  • Personal assistant to HR Manager
  • Booking and logging training records
  • Onboarding of new staff

Requirements:

  • Strong Administration experience
  • IT Literate, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Time management
  • Confidentiality
