Katherine is a Solicitor and heads up the Company Commercial team and is also a Director of Battens. She studied law at Somerville College, Oxford before joining Battens as a trainee, qualifying as a solicitor into the Company Commercial Team.
She provides specialist and innovative legal advice to businesses across a wide range of industry sectors. With over 20 years of experience to draw upon, Katherine has the commercial acumen to understand the needs of businesses building strong links and relationships with clients to help them achieve their goals. She can advise companies on all aspects of their day-to-day running, how to manage risk, growth and changes of structure.
