Supporting the farming community

Award-winning law firm Battens Solicitors is supporting the local farming community this summer by sponsoring three agricultural shows in Dorset and Somerset.

The Gillingham and Shaftesbury Show (13th – 14th August), the Melplash Show in Bridport (21st August), and the Dorset County Show in Dorchester (6th – 7th Sept) are key events in the region’s farming calendar where the farming community can come together and enjoy a spectacular family day out.

The shows are being sponsored by Battens Solicitors, a law firm with offices based across Somerset and Dorset.

Whilst at the Gillingham and Shaftesbury Show, there is the added bonus of the CLA breakfast, hosted by the Country Land and Business Association, which Battens are delighted to be a joint sponsor of. This allows farmers and landowners a chance to hear vital updates to support themselves over the coming months.
