Emma works with a varied client base and often assists first time buyers, property investors or those selling and buying to up or downsize. Emma works hard to ensure that calls and emails are returned promptly to move transactions forward in good time. Emma understands that moving house can be a very stressful time and so offering a prompt and friendly service is very important to all clients. Buying and selling properties can be quite daunting especially if it is a new experience and so Emma assures all clients that no query is too big or small and she is always happy to discuss any worries her client may have with them.

Emma has enjoyed working on varied transactions throughout her career but particularly enjoys the satisfaction of working to timescales to achieve exchange and completion particularly where deadlines have been set or there is a chain which needs to be kept together. Emma prides herself on managing client expectations and many of her clients have come back to use her again for their next property transactions due to their good experience.

“My girlfriend and I used Emma Taylor in Yeovil for the purchase of our first house. Emma was very helpful and was always happy to answer any questions that we had. As first time buyers, we were completely clueless about the process however, Emma guided us through every step of the way. When Emma went on holiday Ross Siviter took over the file and we were so pleased with the work that he did whilst Emma was away.

We would definitely use Battens again and would recommend this firm to our family and friends.”

“We recently instructed Emma Taylor and her assistant Emily Crossman to handle the conveyancing of our first time house purchase. We could not fault them or their service in any way. Their approach was both professional and friendly, they worked with speed and efficiency, keeping us updated regularly and quickly addressed any queries and issues. A process which we thought would be extremely stressful was handled with ease and experience. Both Emma and Emily have been absolute stars, helping us to complete in record time and we couldn't recommend them highly enough.”
