Tasha Way

Tasha is a Trainee Solicitor at Battens Solicitors, currently completing her third seat in our Asset and Debt Recovery team in Poundbury, Dorchester as part of her training contract, advising clients on both personal debts and business debt recovery matters. She previously completed seats in our Corporate and Business Law and Commercial Property teams. 

She studied Politics at Cardiff University, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Law at Bournemouth University. She then obtained a First Class Master of Laws in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Law via its online campus.

Tasha joined Battens in November 2024 as a Conveyancing Assistant in Wareham. She gained valuable insight into the legal profession and client care. She is now looking forward to exploring different departments and broadening her experience across various areas of law.
