Susie Rycroft

Susie is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Private Client team based at our Yeovil office, specialising in wills, trusts and estate administration.

Susie joined Battens Solicitors in September 2026, bringing with her over 15 years' experience advising clients, trustees, executors and beneficiaries on a wide range of private client matters.

She has particular expertise in trusts, estate administration and complex inheritance matters, providing straightforward, practical advice tailored to each client's individual circumstances. Susie understands that many private client matters involve important personal and family decisions and is committed to guiding clients through the process with clarity and confidence.

Throughout her career, Susie has managed complex trust and estate matters and has extensive experience drafting wills, trust documents and other specialist private client documentation.
