Samantha is a highly respected and experienced Solicitor and Team Leader who specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release schemes and the granting of new leases. Samantha joined the Residential Property Team in January 2021 to lead the Residential conveyancing team based in both Sherborne and Castle Cary, dedicating 100% of her fee-earning time to residential conveyancing.
Samantha has built a solid reputation within the local area with other property professionals who regularly refer work to her. Samantha believes that communication is key when guiding clients through the complexities of the conveyancing process, keeping them regularly updated throughout and ensuring that completion deadlines are met despite the pressure of tight deadlines.

Samantha originally qualified as a Legal Executive and decided to convert to a Solicitor completing the Legal Practice Course at UWE in Bristol in October 2011.
