Samantha Pattle

Samantha joined the Residential Property Team in January 2021 to lead the team based in Sherborne and Castle Cary. Samantha is a highly experienced Associate Solicitor who specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release schemes and the granting of new leases.

Samantha has built a solid reputation within the local area with other property professionals who regularly refer work to her. Samantha believes that communication is key when guiding clients through the complexities of the conveyancing process, keeping them regularly updated throughout and ensuring that completion deadlines are met despite the pressure of tight deadlines.

She ensures that the whole process is as straightforward as possible during what can be a very stressful time for clients. Samantha is known for her clear pragmatic advice without the need for complex legal jargon. Samantha works hard to maintain efficient conduct of her matters bringing them to a swift and satisfactory conclusion as soon as possible to meet the needs of all parties.

Samantha originally qualified as a Legal Executive and decided to convert to a Solicitor completing the Legal Practice Course at UWE in Bristol in 2011.
