Michelle is a Conveyancing Executive within the Residential Property Team, qualifying as a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2024. Michelle is currently in the process of completing her Work Based Learning Portfolio to become a Chartered Legal Executive. She spends 100% of her fee-earning time dedicated to Residential Conveyancing.
Michelle began her career in Residential Property in 2014 and specialises in a range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and unregistered land.
Michelle has built a strong reputation with other property professionals in the area who very often refer work to her. Michelle is known for her client-centric approach to work ensuring her clients are kept well informed throughout the transaction. Michelle treats each client and transaction on an individual basis, and her empathetic nature means she always goes the extra mile to take as much stress out of the process of selling and buying property.

- Acting on behalf of an Executor who was selling their late parents’ property. The transaction successfully completed in a good timeframe and the client was happy with the service provided.
