Lucy is a Senior Paralegal within the Residential Department in the Castle Cary office. She started working at Battens in 2017, beginning as a Legal Assistant in the Sherborne office, then moving to the Castle Cary office upon its opening in February 2018. She is currently studying to become a Chartered Legal Executive.
Lucy helps clients with Residential Sales, Voluntary First Registrations and Transfer of Equity files. She specialises in Sales, Purchases, Assets and First Registrations.
Lucy focusses exclusively in helping clients with Residential Property Law cases.
