Leanne Routledge

Leanne grew up in Somerset and qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and after a few years working in Hampshire she returned to Somerset to live and work. Leanne joined Battens in 2023.

Leanne is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates.

Leanne specialises in:

-The preparation of Wills for individuals and couples

-The preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney

-The severance of joint tenancies

-Probate applications and the administration of estates, including taxable and non-taxable and testate and intestate estates
