“The three ladies Sally, Naomi and Kirsty, who managed my case during more than two months, demonstrated an impeccable understanding of the best approach to what was required. The process was very substantially eased by their ability to harness the effectiveness of technology like email, document scanning, PDFs etc. to simplify communication. Sally was able to work from another location flawlessly and it was probably helpful that I could operate in the same way. Throughout I could not have asked for more. Thank you.”
