Kirsty is a Solicitor Apprentice within the Wills and Probate team based in Sherborne. She has worked for Battens since 2017, beginning her career as a Business and administration Apprentice.
In 2019 she moved across to the Castle Cary office as a legal assistant, before returning back to the Sherborne office to assist two full time solicitors.
Kirsty is a key member of the team covering Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship Applications, Probate and Estate Administration.
Alongside working full time Kirsty has completed the Institute of Legal Secretaries and PAs course and a Paralegal and English Law Course. She has started her Solicitor Apprenticeship with the University of Law.
