Danielle Maxwell

Danielle qualified as a solicitor in March 2025 and works in our Dispute Resolution team. She dedicates all of her fee earning time to Property Dispute Resolution law.

Danielle joined Battens as a trainee solicitor in 2023 and previously worked within the Agricultural and Rural Property team in Sherborne, the General Dispute Resolution team in Yeovil and the Will, Trusts, Probate and Estate Administration department in Castle Cary.

Prior to her training contract, Danielle worked as a paralegal for 3 years in the areas of Dispute Resolution and Personal Injury. She is now in the Property Dispute Resolution team.

Examples of cases that Danielle has worked on are boundary and neighbour disputes, possession matters and land ownership rights.
