Anna leads the firm’s Commercial Property Team and is an Associate Director based in our Yeovil office. She has spent over 20 years acting for clients across a wide range of commercial property sectors including private commercial, public, financial and charitable. Whilst Anna has experience dealing with a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions, her caseload is largely made up of development and landlord/tenant work.
Anna qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and she focusses exclusively in helping clients with Commercial Property Law. She was promoted to Associate Director in Feb 2025.
Anna enjoys acting for a wide range of clients including landowners, developers, SMEs and commercial landlords and tenants both in the West Country and nationwide.
Examples of cases Anna has worked on include:
- Acting for local landowners in connection with promotion agreement and onward sale to a national housebuilder for residential development;
- Acting for a developer operating across the whole of the south-west in relation to both large and small development schemes;
- Acting for a number of property investors/professional landlords with regard to the commercial letting portfolios;
- Acting for landowners in connection with the grant of options for lease of land for solar development.
