Henaa Iayaz

Henaa is a dedicated solicitor specialising in Property Dispute Resolution within the General Dispute team at Battens Solicitors. Since qualifying in October 2024, she has developed expertise across a wide range of areas, including landlord and tenant issues.

Before joining Battens, Henaa worked as an advocate, representing a diverse array of cases. Her experience spans landlord and tenant, mortgage possession, planning law, infant settlement approvals, return of goods, bankruptcy, and financial mis-selling.
