Hannah Richards

Hannah Richards began her journey with us in 2012 as an apprentice on reception. Demonstrating a steadfast commitment to her professional growth, she progressed to the role of conveyancing assistant in 2014. Hannah took a short career break and returned to Battens, playing a crucial role in assisting the head of residential conveyancing.

Her dedication and expertise led her to advance further, and she now is a Paralegal within our Poundbury office, studying to qualify as a licensed conveyancer. Hannah is devoted to residential conveyancing, dedicating all her fee-earning time exclusively to this area. She specialises in residential sale and purchases including Transfer of Equity, and first registration.

Known for her friendly and approachable demeanour, Hannah is always ready to assist her clients with their conveyancing needs.
