Amanpreet Kaur

Amanpreet is an Associate Solicitor in the firm’s General Dispute Resolution Department and dedicates all of her fee earning time to this area of law. Amanpreet recently joined Battens and is based in the Bath Office.

Amanpreet qualified in February 2013 and since becoming a Solicitor she has worked on matters involving Personal Injury, Insurance Recoveries, financial services and general litigation.

At Battens Amanpreet deals with a wide range of disputes, including probate disputes, commercial disputes and general disputes.

Career Highlights:

• Successfully obtained high levels of compensation for clients in complex personal injury matters involving issues of fraud, phantom passengers and where low value was raised.

• Successfully dealt with a high value debt recovery matter involving a verbal contract.

• Assisted on a number of British Steel Pension mis-selling claims.
