Sarah Ford

Sarah leads the Residential Property Department and is a Senior Associate Solicitor based in Batten’s Wareham office.

She specialises in all types of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and grant of new leases for clients throughout Dorset and further afield. Sarah enjoys a varied and mixed caseload from smaller first-time houses and flats through to million-pound mansions. She has a wide client base ranging from first time buyers, to those upsizing, downsizing and buy to let investors, offering a personal and bespoke service to clients.

Sarah also specialises in the sale and purchase of small plots of land, and particularly enjoys dealing with unregistered properties piecing together a title using historic conveyances.

She gained her degree in law from the University of Hertfordshire before attending the University of the West of England, Bristol (UWE) to gain a post-graduate diploma in legal practice.
