Nicola qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2018 and has been working in Residential Property for more than 10 years.
She is based in the Bridport office and specialises in all types of residential conveyancing including buying, selling, re-mortgages and transfer of equity. Nicola also has experience in dealing with shared ownership and help to buy schemes.
With more than a decade of experience in residential property law, she has established a network of contacts in the local property market and she is known for her clear communication, keeping clients updated and reassured throughout the transaction. Nicola believes it is imperative to be friendly and approachable and listen to client’s needs.
