I am a private client solicitor with experience across many practice areas, including the preparation of wills, administration of estates, inheritance tax, enduring and lasting powers of attorney, Office of the Public Guardian and Court of Protection work.
I have advised a range of clients over the years, and believe that I explain the technical jargon that the legal profession loves in a way that my clients can understand so that, together, we can work out what would be best for them.
Being local to Dorset, I am proud to say that after completing my higher education outside of the county, I returned to train as a solicitor with a prominent local firm and practiced there for a number of years before joining Battens in 2012. As well as having many years of experience, I am also a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
I consider myself very fortunate to be able to live and work in the beautiful county of Dorset and enjoy taking advantage of all it has to offer. As a fan of live music, I do like to spend time going to concerts and music festivals when my time allows!
"A top class professional service during a tricky family time. Highly recommended."
