Naomi is a Director of Battens heading up the Private Client team across its 7 offices in Somerset and Dorset. She is also responsible for managing the Sherborne office as well as the firm’s marketing team.
She is renowned for her outstanding customer care, and pragmatic advice. Handling complex cases with sensitivity and understanding on behalf of vulnerable clients, many of whom have limited capacity, to ensure that long term care plans are in place and their assets are also protected.
She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, as well as being an associate professional member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
