I specialise in personal injury and industrial disease claims, including CICA and MIB. I represent victims of tripping and slipping accidents, accidents in the workplace and road traffic accidents, as well as victims suffering from industrial disease.

I have a wealth of experience, having conducted personal injury claims since 1998. I qualified as a chartered legal executive in 2003.

Having trained at Battens, I joined Rowley Ashworth Solicitors in Devon, specialising in personal injury claims for union members, including industrial disease claims. I assisted members in Dorset, East Devon and Somerset. I went on to work for Peter Mitchell Solicitor, specialising in personal injury claims, including deafness claims. I re-joined Battens in 2015 as part of the Personal Injury Team.

I am a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

When I am not working, I look after my young family and enjoy spinning, running, swimming and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy walks around the Dorset coast.

"Information provided was always clear - nothing was hidden. The process was as described before I instructed Battens. The outcome was better than I was expecting solely because of the professionalism of Michelle"

Mr Medway

"Michelle Green handled my case in a very methodical fashion with excellent information exchange at all stages. I am very satisfied with the service and could not have expected better."
