I specialise in personal injury and industrial disease claims. I represent victims of accidents at work, road traffic accidents and tripping and slipping accidents, as well as those suffering from industrial disease.
I have worked exclusively in the fields of personal injury and industrial disease since I qualified as a solicitor in 2002. I prioritise the well being of my clients to ensure that they are supported through what can be a very difficult time, as they deal with both their recovery and the various steps in the claim process.
I advise claimants on all aspects of personal injury litigation, but have a particular interest in claims involving accidents at work, and in industrial disease claims, involving asbestos and other materials causing lung disease. I have experience in successfully pursuing claims for victims of lung disease which developed long after the exposure to the hazardous substances, even where the former employer is no longer trading. I have been able to obtain six-figure sums of compensation for people whose exposure to asbestos and cadmium took place over 20 years previously – including litigation involving companies which no longer exist.
I represent all of my clients under either no win no fee agreements or legal expenses insurance, and am experienced in both advising on, and successfully pursuing, claims under those funding arrangements.
I am a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, the leading not-for profit campaign organisation promoting expertise in the practice of personal injury law for the benefit of injured people.
