As a Senior Associate Solicitor, Christine advises on the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, inheritance tax planning and the administration of estates.

She has a wealth of experience representing both private individuals, and large organisations as well as administering complex estates. Christine has been appointed by the Court as an independent administrator of contested estates.

She is well respected in her field of expertise and known for her friendly approachable manner.

Christine's first degree was in History of Art, and she worked in arts administration for seven years in London, at Arts Council England, the Courtauld Gallery, the Barbican Centre and the UK Film Council, before re-training to become a solicitor. She continues to be passionate about the arts and is involved with local arts organisations. She qualified at London firm, Collyer-Bristow, in 2004 and then worked as a Private Client solicitor at two Oxford firms before joining Battens in 2012.

Christine is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the Institute of Art & Law.
