Battens Solicitors are pleased to announce the promotion of personal injury specialist, Michelle Green, to a Senior Associate in the company.

This well-deserved promotion recognises Michelle’s hard work, commitment and loyalty to the personal injury team as well as the wider firm since she joined the Personal Injury team in 2015. From that point forwards, she more than made her mark adding her wealth of knowledge and experience to her first rate client care skills, which continue to make her an asset for both the company and clients alike. Michelle was made an Associate in 2018 and continues upwards from there.

Whilst physically having a desk in Battens’ Yeovil office, Michelle covers all the Battens offices and specialises in advising clients, most often on a no win, no fee basis, in every aspect of personal injury law, including in claims arising out of road traffic accidents, tripping and slipping accidents, accidents at work, fatal accidents and where clients are victims of an industrial disease.

Michelle said, I am extremely delighted to have been promoted to Senior Associate in recognition from Battens of my hard work and commitment to the firm, especially in what has been a particularly challenging year. Battens as a firm are very supportive of career progression and I am very lucky to be part of a friendly and established personal injury team.

Head of Battens’ Personal Injury and Industrial Disease team, Kate Golding, said “Michelle is a genuine and highly valued asset to Battens. She is hard working, dedicated, highly knowledgeable and extremely popular with both staff and clients alike. I feel thankful to have Michelle in the team. Her promotion to Senior Associate is very greatly deserved.”
