Lesley Powell, Associate Solicitor in our Yeovil office, has successfully achieved specialist family law re-accreditation in the areas of complex financial remedies and domestic abuse.

Lesley was awarded re-accreditation by Resolution - a specialist UK organisation formed of more than 6,500 family law professionals who are committed to a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law resolutions.

The Accreditation Scheme

The Resolution Specialist Accreditation is a mark of excellence in practice which is awarded to professionals who demonstrate outstanding levels of skills and expertise. It is recognised by the public, fellow Resolution members, the judiciary and the Legal Aid Agency.

Resolution's accreditation scheme aims to benefit the public, the profession and the administration of justice by offering a reliable way of identifying legal practitioners who are recognised as having specific competencies that comply with Resolution’s Code of Practice.
