Right to Buy

The right to buy scheme is an initiative run by the government to enable tenants to get on the property ladder. If you are paying rent to a local authority in England or Wales, then you may be eligible to buy the property at a discount of its market value.

Both you and the property need to qualify for this scheme, and your local housing association can advise you as to whether you are eligible. This will depend upon how long you have been a tenant, the location of the property and the property itself.

We are able to provide you with more information about the right to buy scheme as and when you need it, as well as informing you of any legal implications it may have. We will assist you throughout the application process, read over any paperwork and report any important information to you, enabling you to purchase your property with ease.
