Disciplinary, Dismissals and Grievances

Being faced with disciplinary action can be daunting. We provide advice and guidance on the disciplinary process, how to deal with documentation and evidence and preparation for the hearing itself. If you are issued with a warning or, at worst, dismissed, we will also assist with the appeal process.

If matters do result in dismissal, we are on hand to assist you through the ACAS Early Conciliation process and in claims to the employment tribunal for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistle blowing.

Grievances:

During the course of your employment, you may be faced with a situation where you need to raise a grievance. It may concern the behaviour of another employee or even your manager or relate to issues with your contract or working environment.

Whatever the issue, we can provide support and advice, drafting your grievance and taking you through the process from start to finish.

Often, the issues will be resolved but, where they are not, we can also explore the option of negotiating an exit package on your behalf.
