Our advice is constructive, practical and sympathetic, aiming to help you resolve any difficulties - from one-off contractual matters to serious ongoing issues. We look to achieve the best resolution to meet your individual needs, taking you through internal processes, negotiating settlement agreements or, where necessary, representing you in claims to the Employment Tribunal.
We have represented clients in Employment Tribunals, both locally and nationally, and in the Employment Appeal Tribunal, in often complex and lengthy claims.
