Disciplinary

Being faced with disciplinary action can be daunting. We provide advice and guidance on the disciplinary process, how to deal with documentation and evidence and preparation for the hearing itself. If you are issued with a warning or, at worst, dismissed, we will also assist with the appeal process.

If matters do result in dismissal, we are on hand to assist you through the ACAS Early Conciliation process and in claims to the employment tribunal for unfair dismissal.
