Battens' personal injury team has many years of experience in assisting the victims of personal injuries and industrial disease and provides a reliable and sympathetic service. The team are based across all four of Battens' offices and can therefore see clients in a location that is convenient to them.
Battens offer victims of personal injury and industrial disease 100% of their compensation (save claims made under the Criminal Injuries Compensation Act Scheme or the Motor Insurers Bureau Schemes) and do not use claims management companies.
The team are happy to discuss funding options with clients, most cases are dealt with under a Conditional Fee Agreement (no-win, no-fee agreement).
