Agriculture Department

Our Agriculture department currently comprises three experienced Solicitors and a Paralegal.

The Team acts for a large number of local farmers advising on a variety of aspects of agricultural law and associated matters. Members of the Team frequently give advice to local Land Agents in all aspects of agricultural law, including advice relating to the Single Payment Scheme and the Entry Level Stewardship Scheme.

Our key aim in dealing with all transactions is to operate as swiftly and effectively as possible, forming the best possible working relationship with the legal team who are acting opposite us and also with all other professionals with input into the given transactions and, most importantly, with you the clients.
