  Tim joined Battens in October 2003 as a newly qualified Solicitor and became an Associate in October 2005.

  Tim specialises in the acquisition and disposal of Industrial Estates, multi-let office buildings and other investment properties, the granting of leases, leasehold management and industrial estate development including site assembly and plot sales.

  His clients include a wide range of national and international businesses, investors and developers and many smaller businesses and individuals.
