  Tanya is an Advanced member of the Law Society Family Panel, a Resolution Accredited Family Specialist and a Resolution Accredited Collaborative Practitioner and provides advice on a wide variety of family issues including separation, divorce and civil partnerships.

  In addition Tanya advises on financial settlements including pension issues upon divorce and pre-nuptial, pre- civil partnership and cohabitation agreements.

  Tanya also advises on residence and contact issues that can arise following a separation.

  Tanya has been practising collaboratively since 2007 and believes that the procedure is an excellent way for separating couples to resolve their issues in a constructive manner leading to an amicable and fair settlement which benefits the whole family.

  Collaborative Practice is a way for divorcing or separating couples to work together as a team with trained professionals to resolve financial and children issues without going to court.
