  Sue joined Battens in September 2009 having previously worked for Thomas Eggar in Chichester and Southampton and wanting to return to live and work in the Dorset area.

  Having wide experience in tax planning for individuals, small businesses and agriculture, Sue also acts for clients in relation to their personal affairs, giving advice on trusts and wills as well as estate planning and inheritance tax.

  Sue is a member of STEP (Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners), Solicitors for the Elderly, the Law Society and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
