  Robert has over 30 years experience in all aspects of Private Client work,. He is not only an expert in such areas as Probate, Intestacy, Wills, Powers of Attorney but also in matters relating to the Public Guardianship Office and the Court of Protection.

  Robert also advises on aspects of funding of Nursing and Residential Care for the Elderly and Disabled and is a trustee of the Battens' Charitable Trust.
