  Associate Solicitor - Family Department

  Lucy completed her training contract with Battens and qualified in September 2004. Since qualification, she has specialised in Family Law, dealing with both privately and publicly funded (Legal Aid) clients. Her caseload ranges from high value financial disputes to emergency injunctions and she carries out a wide variety of court advocacy, both herself and working closely with specialist barristers to achieve the best results for clients.

  In recent years Lucy has dealt with increasingly complex cases in relation to both finances and children, including successfully defending a High Court application to have a child returned to his father in the USA and a case involving inter-country adoption.

  Lucy became an Associate in February 2007. Lucy is a member of Resolution and is on the Law Society Family Law Advanced Panel.
