  Leanne joined Battens from the Hampshire firm of Eric Robinson and Co in 1997, becoming a Director in 2006.

  Alongside other members of the Family Law team, Leanne provides advice on separation, divorce and related financial/children issues. She has particular specialist knowledge of high asset value and complex financial settlements, pre-nuptial contracts, restructuring of family businesses and pensions on marriage breakdown, and cases with an offshore element.

  Leanne acts for a wide range of clients across the professional, farming and business communities in London and the South West and also for a number of clients' resident outside the UK.
