Hannah Brown
Personal Injury Solicitor - Personal Injury Department
Hannah is an Associate solicitor and specialises in Claimant personal Injury and industrial disease claims. Hannah represents victims of accidents at work, road traffic accidents and tripping and slipping accidents, as well as those suffering from industrial disease.
Hannah has worked exclusively in the fields of personal injury and industrial disease since she qualified as a solicitor in September 2002. she prioritises the wellbeing of her clients to ensure that they are supported through what can be a very difficult time as they deal with both their recovery and the various steps in the claim process.
Hannah advises Claimants on all aspects of personal injury litigation but has a particular interest in claims involving accidents at work, and in industrial disease claims involving asbestos or other materials causing lung disease. Hannah has experience in successfully pursuing claims for victims of lung disease that has developed a significant period after the victim's exposure to hazardous substances, even where the company which exposed the victim to them is no longer trading. Hannah has been able to obtain six-figure sums of compensation for people whose exposure to asbestos and cadmium had taken place over 20 years previously - including litigation involving a company which no longer exists.
Hannah represents all of her clients under either conditional fee (no win, no fee) agreements or legal expenses insurance policies, and is therefore experienced in both advising on and successfully pursuing claims under those funding arrangements.
Hannah is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, the leading not-for profit campaign organisation developing expertise in the practice of personal injury law for the benefit of injured people.
