  Gareth studied his law degree at the University of Kent, Canterbury before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England, Bristol (UWE) in 2008.

  Gareth is entering the last months of his training contract with Battens, having joined the firm in September 2010, and is currently working in the family department gaining experience in advising both private and publically funded clients in relation to divorce, separation and children matters following the breakdown of relationships. Gareth also assists members of the department in a range of public law children proceedings.

  In his spare time, Gareth likes to travel the world and has a keen interest in North America where he often visits family. Gareth also likes to run and cycle to try and maintain an active lifestyle.
