  Emily joined Battens in January 2007 and has been working in the Agriculture Department as assistant to James Owen since September 2009, dealing with all aspects of agricultural property.

  Emily is currently studying with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is an Associated Member.

  In her spare time, Emily enjoys riding her horses and playing the violin.
