  Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives - Family Department

  Di joined Battens in January 2003 following 20 years working for the Legal Services Commission. Di offers an efficient and professional service, specialising in children matters, helping families try and resolve disputes about their children following a relationship breakdown. Di is an experienced member of the team undertaking advocacy at Court. Di also deals with divorce and separation, co-habitation disputes and domestic violence cases.
