  David joined the firm in 2012 having trained at South West firm Michelmores and having worked at firms in Bristol and London. He is based at our Yeovil office.

  David has expertise in all areas of dispute resolution, with particular knowledge of insolvency and inheritance disputes, as well as professional negligence, contract disputes, partnership and company breakdowns and sale of goods claims.

  David has acted for a wide range of clients from individuals challenging large corporations to multinational companies bringing claims all around the world. David understands that clients involved in disputes, need clear advice in plain language, so that they can make the best decisions possible in times of stress. David aims to provide clients with some piece of mind while he works to find a solution to their problems.

  David gained an LLB law degree with honours at Exeter University and a completed his Legal Practitioner Course at Nottingham Law School.

  Outside of work David is a keen rugby player and water sports enthusiast.
