  Licensed Conveyancer - Residential Property Department

  After a six year period of working in the banking industry, Charlotte joined the Residential Property Department of Battens in 2005 and has since qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer.

  Charlotte carries out conveyancing transactions for clients in relation to residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity, working closely with the Wills and Probate Team in respect of Probate sales and the Family Team in connection with matrimonial transfers of equity.

  Outside of work Charlotte is keen on keeping in contact and visiting family and friends, especially when this involves travelling the world in order to see them! She is also a committee member with Friends of the Nothe Gardens, a group dedicated in utilising and assisting to maintain the beautiful open space which overlooks Weymouth Bay and Portland Harbour
