  Paralegal - Residential Property Department

  Cate joined our Residential Property Team in 2005 and specialises in all types of residential property transactions; including, sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. She also works closely with our Commercial Property Team, in the sale of residential plots for various developers in Dorset and the surrounding counties.

  Cate gained her degree in Psychology at University of Wales, Bangor. Having decided to make the change to Law, she has now qualified as an Associated Member of the Institute of Legal Executives and is hoping to qualify as a Fellow in 2012.

  Having grown up in Leicester, Cate is a Leicester Tigers supporter and has been fortunate to travel the world to various rugby tournaments in her support of both England and the British and Irish Lions.
