  Bhavani joined Battens in August 2004 from one of the South West's largest law firms, Foot Anstey Sargent, where she was the head of Property Litigation.

  A nationally recognised specialist in the field of commercial and residential property disputes for over 18 years, Bhavani previously headed the Property Litigation department at London firm, Salans, following 10 years at leading City practice, Lovells. Bhavani has extensive experience in all aspects of property litigation, both in an advisory capacity and as a litigator.

  Her clients have included Barclays Bank plc, Prudential Portfolio Managers Ltd, Coal Pension Properties, many owner managed businesses, and private individuals.
