  Head of Employment Team - Employment Department

  Dawn is an employment specialist covering all aspects of employment law for both employers and employees.

  She provides full support to businesses of all sizes including advice on disciplinary and grievance processes, managing sickness absences, drawing up contracts and employment procedures and preparing compromise agreements. She has extensive experience in advising on TUPE matters, business reorganisations and redundancies. She frequently represents clients in the Employment Tribunal.

  Known for her practical and pragmatic approach, Dawn has advised business owners and HR managers across a wide range of business sectors.

  In addition, she provides training and conducts seminars on topical employment issues.

  In addition to acting for employers, Dawn also represents employees in relation to discrimination, whistle blowing and equal pay. She also acts for employees in claims for unfair dismissal including claims arising from redundancy.

  Dawn is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

  Outside work, Dawn enjoys travel and rugby (watching not playing!).
