Protecting Your Business In a Volatile Environment

Battens Solicitors Yeovil Business Breakfast

Yeovil Town Football Club, Yeovil
Wednesday 25th May 2011, 7.30am for 7.45am

We are delighted to invite you to the next Yeovil Business Breakfast being held by Battens, Old Mill and HSBC.

As well as meeting other local businesses, this is an opportunity to consider ways of managing your business during unsure times.

  • Sally Cooper, Associate in the Global Market Division at HSBC, will consider how unprecedented UK interest rates have created a fantastic opportunity to secure long term funding at historically low levels, protecting yourself now will ensure you make the most of this exceptional environment before it is too late
  • Paula Hodge, Partner at Old Mill, will be considering maximising tax mitigation as a crucial part of protecting your profits in today’s business environment. Paula will be looking at ways in which this can be achieved, ranging from adjusting your business structure to constructive financial planning through your pension schemes.
  • Sue Adams, Director in the Tax, Wills, Estates and Trust team at Battens, will look at protecting your shareholding or partnership interest in the event of your death or the death of a key shareholder or partner, for the benefit of both the business and your family.

We will provide time for questions and aim to conclude by 9.30am.

Booking for this meeting has now closed.
